EXCLUSIVE WORKshop SESSION.
CO-AUTHORSHIP IN AN INDUSTRY WHITEPAPER.

Building Digital's Industry All-Hands is a closed, invitation-only working session for senior construction and ConTech executives who are ready to do more than discuss the industry's challenges. This is where they help define the answers.

  • The morning session is structured work. Participants are placed into curated groups, each solving a Problem Statement drawn from the industry's most pressing challenge.
  • The afternoon session shifts to a live panel format, where a representative from each group discusses their team's solution and recommendation.
  • Every workshop attendee's participation is credited in a co-authored industry whitepaper.

Problem Statements

TRACK A

Tech Governance in Construction: Who Leads the Collaborative Effort to Scale?

The construction industry's technology adoption failure is not a product problem; it is a governance and organizational design problem. Scaling cannot belong to any one firm, role, or stakeholder. Who leads the collaborative effort to scale technology, and what structure makes it possible?

TRACK B

The Productivity Benchmark: Building the Executive Case for Tech Investment

Construction is one of the most risk-averse industries in the world, and that caution shapes every technology investment decision made at the executive level. How do you make the case before the money is spent? What does the productivity measurement framework, investment thesis, and board-defensible case look like at scale?

Who should attend?

This event is designed for senior decision-makers in construction: Directors, VPs, CTOs, CIOs, and C-suite executives who shape the technology and operational direction of their organizations.

Is registration open to everyone?

The Industry All-Hands is a curated, invitation-only event. All registrations are reviewed within 5 business days by Building Digital before a seat is confirmed. No payment is collected until your registration has been approved.

How do I prepare?

Approved registrants will receive a pre-workshop packet that will detail their assigned Problem Statement and the framework for the working sessions. Bring your laptop, a notepad, and yourself—that's it. Arrive with a point of view or a perspective shaped by your experience, not a polished answer.

DOES EACH GROUP WORK ON BOTH PROBLEM STATEMENTS?

Each participant is assigned to one problem statement only. The 48 participants are divided into two Tracks of 24, each focused on one problem statement. Within each Track, you work in a team of six.

When will I find out which team I'm on?

Team placements are shared on the day of the event. You will know your assigned problem statement in advance, so you can arrive informed and with a point of view.

Will I have to write the whitepaper?

No. Your group's outputs are captured by a dedicated scribe during the sessions and submitted before lunch. Building Digital's team synthesizes everything into one final whitepaper. All 48 participants are named co-authors.

Will sessions be recorded?

The afternoon panel discussions are recorded for post-event media use.

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to a colleague within your organization, subject to approval by Building Digital.

To request a transfer, please email us at contact@buildingdigital.com with the name, title, and contact information of the proposed attendee no later than 14-days before the event. Transfer requests are reviewed to ensure the incoming attendee meets the event's eligibility criteria for senior decision-makers in the Construction space.

THIS IS THE INDUSTRY'S MOMENT TO DEFINE THE ANSWERS.
